The client
Yasmina Ellins is the founder of Exponential Relationships and an investor who works with high-growth founders. A native English speaker, already confident on stage, she was preparing a TEDx talk to build her thought leadership.
The challenge
The TEDx event was one week away. The ideas were strong, but the talk didn't yet have a clear shape: the main argument needed sharpening, and the delivery needed the right pace and emphasis for ideas to stick.
What we did
- Gave the talk a clear arc, so each idea led to the next
- Sharpened the one central idea she wanted the audience to leave with
- Reordered the content to build momentum
- Focused rehearsals on pacing, pauses, emphasis, body language and presence
The result
A clear, high-impact TEDx talk, recognised as one of the standout talks of the event. Strong audience engagement, and a client delighted with both the process and the result.
